Wellness Clinic Devon is registered in England and Wales as a Sole Trader and has it’s registered office at: FOAK 11 Fore Street, Kingsbridge Devon TQ7 1PG the wellness clinic devon is independent to the other businesses based at FOAK; FOAK Bridal and Jordan Tucker Make Up Artistry. Our privacy policy will explain what information we collect and where we use it in the business.  At the Wellness Clinic Devon we do not share the information we collect from you, we record your information for you to have the best possible service At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. Upon arrival at the Wellness Clinic Devon we will ask you to complete a consultation card where we will ask for your personal details and any medical history. Examples of medical history may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service. Prior to your appointment we will contact you via phone, email or SMS to remind you of your upcoming trip to see us. You may request to opt out of this whenever you like. On our Wellness Clinic consultation cards we will ask whether you would like to sign up for our email marketing campaigns, where will share offers, newsletters and other important information.
