We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or to amend an appointment, this allows us time to fill the appointment. We will always attempt to fill the appointment and if the appointment is filled you will not be charged, if we are unable to fill the appointment for the same length of time or value, we reserve the right to charge for the appointment. If you do not turn up or cancel more than one appointment, we may ask for payment upfront to secure future bookings.
